Being A Hipster at Dolores Park

The amount of hipsters you can find on a nice day in Dolores Park is ridiculous. The ones sitting right next to me were my favorite though, only because I was able to listen in on their conversation. They were smoking pot and talking about how life is great when you don’t have to worry about working. Then they proceeded to make fun of a homeless person for not getting his act together in life. Soon they all were yearning to listen to some “cool” tunes, so one of them pulled out their ipod and started playing Miley’s “Party in the USA” with the one girl admitting that she loved that song.
I laughed until I cried inside my soul.

Katrina was there with her brother when I met up with them. While we were sitting down, a U-Haul pulled up in front of everyone and a bunch of people with guitars, saxophones, trumpets and drums came out and just started rocking hardcore. Then bam, they piled back in and were gone in a flash. It was awesome. Only because of the fact that they rented a U-Haul for the day to go around and play in different city locations.
“Only in San Francisco will you see a Guerilla Band” – Katrina

Roxy’s eyes were pretty much telling me “YOU KILLED ONE OF US YOU BASTARD”. Ugh, my soul hurts.

Those eyes DO look judgmental.
