As soon as Evan wakes up, he walks up the stairs and immediately starts playing the piano. Even if his eyes aren’t even fully open yet.
A true musician.
Evan’s Upper West Side loft is ridiculous, btw.
If you want to know, a loft on the UWS will cost you approximately half your soul per month.
NYC is ridiculous.
I would say about 4 grand a month.
